Help with move-in day, be a Hornet Helper!

We are looking for individuals and organizations to serve as Hornet Helpers for students moving into the Residence Halls on August 16th & 17th.  This is a great opportunity to meet and greet first-year students as they make ESU their new home and assist upperclassmen with their return to our on-campus community. As a Hornet Helper, you will welcome residents, assist with moving items into rooms, and answer questions residents may have about life in Hornet Nation.

Morse Hall Move-In:

One shift on Thursday, August 16th:

8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Towers, Singular, & Trusler Hall Move-In:

 Three shifts on Friday, August 17th:

7:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
9:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
11:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
We encourage individuals to sign up for multiple shifts and look forward to our registered student organizations assisting with Move-In on both days.  Those who assist with Move-In will receive a uniquely designed t-shirt for their efforts.
