Colombia Meeting this Monday

We are having a meeting to talk about the study abroad to Colombia this Monday, Nov. 19th from 5 to 7p.m. in Plumb Hall 308.

This is a great chance do some exploring while gaining valuable (and marketable!) skills and experience.  The experience of international travel and Spanish language skills (much easier to pick up while immersed in the language and culture) can be valuable to anyone in many areas of our lives, whatever your personal and professional goals may be.

Please check out the website we've created to give you and your family easy access to all the trip info.  On this website you can find details about the payment plan, resources for financial aid, bios about our Spanish professors and trip chaperones, and some links to help you learn about and get excited to explore Bogota. There is also general information about our department, the degrees we offer, and how to add a Spanish minor to your academic plan (only 13 hours and this trip would knock out 6 of them!).

This will be a come and go meeting and a chance to speak and ask questions to Dr. Spaulding and Dr. Robinson, as well as Mark Daly and Chie Zenno from the Office of International Studies and Darcy Johnson from Financial Aid.
