How to: Dance Fitness TOMORROW

Get ready to twerk...I mean WORKout in this high energy and fiercely fun dance fitness workshop. Learn the breakdown of basic moves, as well as modifications and progressions of a variety of dance moves to a variety of music genres. Participants can expect to receive a little extra demo time for each song than in a regular dance fitness class.
