Kansas Tree Health and Climate Change - Tomorrow!

Come listen to tree expert, Kim Bomberger with the Kansas Forest Service, as she shares about how to help trees withstand the impacts of our climate extremes, TOMORROW, Friday, November 2 in the Preston Family Room of the Memorial Union. 

Trees in Kansas are exposed to climatic extremes from drought to flooding, temperature swings or storms.  All of these weather events can have an impact on trees in our communities and at our homes.  This session will describe how trees are affected by the Kansas climate and what people can do to help their trees and community canopoy withstand these impacts. ​
