Thursday, November 15th

Event:  Jazz Band Concert

Details: The Emporia State University Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Gary Ziek, continues the long tradition of jazz education and performance at ESU.  The band plays a wide variety of literature, ranging from the classic jazz of Count Basie and Duke Ellington to the contemporary sounds of Gordon Goodwin and Bob Florence.

Time: 7:30pm

Admission: $5.00 for General Admission, $4.00 for Students, Senior Citizens and Children 12 and under are free


Friday, November 16th

Event:  International Cultures Show

Details: The Office of International Education would like to invite you to the 2018 International Culture Show. The show will consist of  a variety of performances that display the great multicultural community of Emporia State University!

Time: 7:30pm

Admission: None


Saturday, November 17th

Event:  Honors Band Concert

Details: The event is our 13th Annual High School Honors Band, featuring outstanding students from 19 Kansas high schools.

They will rehearse in the morning and afternoon, culminating in a concert at 4:00 p.m. in Albert Taylor Hall.

Time: 7:30pm

Admission: Free Admission
