How to: Yoga TONIGHT

Don't let the cold keep you in when you could come find your zen! Take a break from studying to seek mental clarity and tranquility as we relax our mind, body, and soul. Participants can expect to learn the proper breakdown of form and breath work of our major yoga poses as we synchronize the two to create a smooth flowing practice.
