You are invited to attend the 2019 Founders' Day Luncheon on Friday, February 15, in Webb Hall! Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the program begins at 12:05 p.m. The program will include special recognition of the City of Emporia and Lyon County's investment into ESU, a celebration of Kellogg Society's incredible generosity, and awarding our annual 1863 Scholarship Essay winners. To purchase your $5 ticket, visit the Memorial Union Ticket Office. Tickets must be purchased prior to the luncheon. There are only a limited number of tickets available, so get your ticket by Friday, February 8!
This year's menu includes BBQ beef brisket; chicken piccata with lemon caper sauce; hornet green beans; vegetarian lasagna; herb roasted potatoes; dinner rolls; mixed greens with craisins, pecans, cherry tomatoes, and goat cheese; and corky cupcakes!
