Champions for Diversity and Inclusivity 2019

Champions actively embrace cultural differences, treat all humans with dignity and respect, and advocate for the rights and welfare of others. These individuals foster a climate where all are heard and feel valued.



Civil Leaders and Team Player Award 2019

Civic leaders and team players are relationship builders who invest time and energy to enhance the community. These individuals collaborate effectively to serve the common good.



Solutioneer Award 2019

Solutioneers are active problem solvers and creative thinkers. These individuals diagnose situations, employ talents and resources, and identify solutions to take action to achieve positive results.



Advocate Award 2019

This specific award is to honor someone who has worked remarkably hard to bring attention to the issues or rights of a certain group on campus or in the community



Mentor Awards

Please fill out and submit this form to nominate someone who you believe exemplifies what being a mentor means. You can nominate for the Faculty, Staff, or Student Mentor Award of ESU. You may submit multiple nominations.

The winners will be announced at the Mentor Awards Reception on Wednesday, April 24rd @ 7:00PM in the Skyline Room. The deadline to submit this form is Tuesday, March 19, 2019 by 5:00 pm.

If you wish to keep your submission anonymous, please check the box below. Otherwise, we will share all submissions with each nominee and notify them who nominated them.

Because the Center for Student Involvement Office is hosting the Mentor Awards, no Center for Student Involvement staff member is eligible to win. However, feel free to submit a nomination and we will pass along your kind words to them. Staff members not eligible; Blythe Eddy, Rachel Kohman, Katherine Brady, Deanna Williams, and Anna Dragoo.

Forms can be filled out in HornetLife in the Forms tab! To do this fill out the forms completely through HornetLife by 5:00PM Tuesday, March 19th, 2019​
