Good Morning,
During the upcoming Summer Break, IT will be performing maintenance on all Smart Classroom computers. During this maintenance period, we plan to:
Re Image Smart Classroom computers
Apply all Program updates
Remove User Profiles
Install Symantec ver 14.1XX
Update Adobe licensing
As mentioned above, all computers will have any old profiles removed, which means that any saved data will be removed. Please make sure to backup any personal data (presentations, Word documents, etc.) that you have stored on classroom computers by May 10, 2019. You can back these files up to external media or store them on your personal OneDrive.
IT will be performing classroom maintenance May 13th through May 24th.
