Are you going to be in Emporia this summer and looking for some friends?
Emporia State University is welcoming a group of Japanese Students for a 6 week intensive immersion period to help them ease into their term abroad, and we're looking to set them up with a Friends of International Students (FIS) partner from the community.
You and your assigned partner would meet up one(+) hour per week for coffee, a meal, a walk, whatever! The intention is just to give them easier access to a native english speaker to have casual conversation with.
