Anyone Can Wear the Mask: Civic Engagement Presentations

You are invited to attend the panel presentations from our new civic experts who have participated in camp this week. Campers have discovered their civic passions and are working on group investigations on topics related to environmental rights, human rights, and animal rights. Each group will share their investigations on Friday, June 21st at 3:00 pm in Visser Hall 330.

The focus of this summer camp is to help students in grades 4-8 develop skills to be civically engaged citizens. One way that students can do this is through donations.

Throughout the week, we are collecting items to be donated to SOS of Emporia: http://soskansas.com/ and the Buck Fund: https://www.facebook.com/The-Buck-Fund-197667873646537/

Donations can be dropped off between 10:30 - 4:00 pm in VH243 the rest of this week or at our presentations on Friday at 3:00 in VH330.
