2019/2020 Permits for FACULTY and STAFF Will Be Available Beginning August 1. On or after August 1 you may log in to hornet.emporia.edu and select the “Parking.” Log into the Parking Portal and follow the prompts to purchase your permit. Permits may be picked up at Police and Safety or any of the satellite locations listed below once the reservation/payment process has been completed.
Manual permit and payroll deduct forms are available upon request. If you have questions or wish to request paper forms, please contact Parking Services at 6043.
