Circle Drive parking and entrance closure

In preparation for the Hispanic Heritage Month Kick-Off Celebration on Thursday, September 12th there will be no parking available in Kellogg Circle the entire day. The entrance to Kellogg Circle will be closed starting at 3 PM on September 12th, however the exit will remain functional for the end of business day traffic out of the parking lots beside WAW library.
