The first C.H.E.W. class of the semester is Thursday September 19 at 5:30 in the kitchen of the First Christian Church (across from Beach Hall). Led by Registered Dietician Emily Prouse, students learn hands-on cooking skills as well as how to eat healthier on a budget. Students will eat a meal at class as well as take one home for later. This class is called "Pimp My Ramen" and will take that old college classic and transform it into a delicious hearty meal. It's all free but you must pre-register by calling 620-341-5222. Sponsored by Corky's Cupboard and Student Wellness Center--Health Services.
