Students, If your cell phone is updated, you can sign-up for campus alerts. Examples: classes starting late because of inclement weather
Students: Make sure you are in the loop to learn when campus is closed for bad weather.
First, make sure ESU has your updated cell phone number:
1. Go to Hornet 365
2. From the black, left-side menu in the top left hand corner, go to “Students”
3. Click on the “Academic Life” button
4. Click on “Registration | Enrollment”
5. Log in using your ESU username and password
6. From the top bar navigation, click on the Personal Information tab
7. Click Update Addresses and Phones
Second, sign up for RAVE (the system that sends texts when campus is closed)
1. Go to Hornet 365
2. From the black, left-side menu in the top left hand corner, go to “Students”
3. Scroll down and click on the “Emergency Alerts” button
4. Click the "You can sign up to see all of these messages here" link
5. Follow the instructions
