Infopath forms are being discontinued. Most InfoPath forms have already been converted to OnBase, and the remaining few forms will be converted by the end of the semester. Any forms still using InfoPath will only be available until Dec 20th. Beginning January 2, no forms will use Infopath. Any forms initiated prior to Dec. 20th, and already in process, must have the approvals completed by January 19th, when the servers will be taken offline.
As InfoPath has been upgraded over the years, some people have discovered that older InfoPath forms they saved in the past are no longer viewable because we are on a newer version of InfoPath than we were on when the form was saved. There is no recovery for these files.
If you have saved InfoPath forms that are still viewable and you want to save them, the process is to open each document individually and print to Adobe PDF. This must be completed by January 19th before the servers are offline.
