ESU's Children Inspire Glass Project involves an interdisciplinary group of faculty and students offering an extraordinary opportunity for Emporia area children ages 5 – 8 to create stories and design creatures to be transformed into glass sculpture.
We have a few seats left in the Children Inspire Glass Project IV course (sessions with the children prior to the glass production) in Spring 2020. It is offered at the graduate or undergraduate level (CD 743 or CD 343). Some tuition assistance for this course is available. Enrollment by permission only.
CIGP III ~ 2018 is currently on display at ESU's Children's Art Gallery in Visser Hall, 2nd floor. Viewing this art show will give you a great overview of the project and course. For videos, photos, news clips, and more information about CIGP, visit bit.ly/ESU-children-glass
