Ignite Emporia and RDG Planning & Design are working with the citizens of Emporia and Lyon County in completing a study of the region’s housing. This study will identify opportunities and issues in the housing market and work with stakeholders to find strategies for moving forward. As part of this process, we will be gathering community input on the county’s housing market through a variety of techniques.
We would like to invite you to join one of the listening session meetings taking place next week. The listening sessions will last for 60 minutes and will be held throughout the day in different communities. Your participation at one of these discussions is vital to helping us understand the area and its potential, enabling us to create a housing strategy that is specifically tailored to the needs and future aspirations of the people of Lyon County.
