Special Collections and Archives presents the Emporia Writers Group as they read works inspired by books that affected them as children. Featured performers include Lindsey Bartlett, Curtis Becker, Sue Claridge, Kitty Frank, Hazel Hart, Jerilynn Henrickson, Deb Irsik, Kerry Moyer, Tracy Million Simmons, Cheryl Unruh, Brenda White, and Michelle Zumbrum. The event will take place on March 23 at 7:00 p.m. in the Special Collections and Archives exhibit hall outside Room 119 of William Allen White Library. Seating is limited to 30.
