Applying Adaptive Leadership to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Members of the Hornet Nation, The ESU Adaptive Leadership Advancement Team would like to invite you to participate in Zoom-based discussion sessions that focus on applying adaptive leadership to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our lives and work at ESU have rapidly changed in the last few weeks: our hope is that adaptive leadership can be used to best address the difficulties and challenges we face in our new reality.   1. Wednesday, April 8, Noon-1pm. Topic: Get used to uncertainty and change. Discussion led by Gary Wyatt.
  2. Wednesday, April 15, 3-4Pm. Topic: Dealing with loss. Discussion led by Mary Shivley and Rob Catlett.
  3. Thursday, April 16, Noon-1pm. Topic: Managing Self, dealing with vulnerabilities and triggers. Discussion lead by Shelly Rowley.
  4. Tuesday, April 21 Noon-1pm. Topic: Lowering the heat. Discussion led by Rachel Kohman.
  5. Wednesday, April 22, 3-4pm. Topic: Finding common ground. Discussion led by Mary Shivley.
  6. Wednesday, April 29, 3-4pm. Topic: Acting Experimentally. Discussion led by Mallory Koci.
