If you're looking for an interesting summer elective, look no further! The Biology and Sociology of Sex and Gender is for you! We'll take a look at gender reassignment, fertility treatments, birth control, and much more from the biological and the sociological perspective. This class is online, discussion-based, and you don't have to be a biology major to take it! Register either under GB 459/859 or SO 300. No embarrassment, no judgement, just important topics covered from two points of view. Questions? Contact Dr. Shelly Rowley (rrowley1@emporia.edu) or Dr. Melissa Bailey (mbailey4@emporia.edu). This class will begin in summer session 2 (6/29).
