3. Adhere to meeting rules
a. During the meeting, each member of the organization and viewers must mute their microphone (unless they are speaking) so as not to cause any unnecessary noise that may interfere with the technology being used.
b. During the Good of the University outside viewers may address the Senate. In order to do so, use the “Raise Hand” icon on Zoom and President of the Senate will ask if there is a motion to grant speaking privileges. If the motion passes, you may address the Senate after stating your name and title. If the motion fails, you may not address the Senate and you must keep your microphone muted.
