Academic Writer from the American Psychological Association, an online resource available from the ESU Libraries and Archives website at http://www/emporia.edu/library , will be completely updated to the 7th edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association on August 3, 2020.
If you have papers and references currently stored in the “My Account” section of Academic Writer, they will be updated to the 7th edition on August 3 as well. If you wish to keep existing papers/references in your Academic Writer account that are in the 6th edition style, you will need to download/export those items by or before July 31, 2020.
It should be noted that you will NOT lose papers or references from your account! They will just be updated for the 7th edition and still available in your Academic Writer account.
