Hornet Announcements shares campus news with all faculty, staff and students. Individual posts will only be published once per calendar week (Monday through Friday).
Items must be submitted by 2 p.m. Monday through Friday for inclusion in the email digest of Hornet Announcements that is sent at 4 p.m. each day.

To submit a Hornet Announcement, follow these steps:
1. Go to hornet.emporia.edu
2. Click HORNET DIGITAL HUB on left side
3. Click HORNET ANNOUNCEMENTS
4. Click SUBMIT at bottom of the page
5. Complete the form:
a. Title - this is a headline, which will be published at the top of the email digest
b. Body - all the information readers need
c. Date to post - this tell us what day you want the post to run
d. Posted by - your department, organization, or individual name
e. Requested by – your name so we know who to contact if we have questions. This DOES NOT appear on your post.
6. Click SAVE
