We’re one week into the challenge and I hope you’re off to a hot start!
This upcoming week will focus on the dimensions of emotional and spiritual wellness. This week’s newsletter highlights some emotional and spiritual wellness tips to help with this. Emotional Wellness involves feeling positive and enthusiastic about ourselves and life, in general. The spiritual dimension involves the tolerance of values and beliefs of others and participating in activities that are consistent with personal values.
