Anyone sending their COVID test kit back to Clinical Reference Laboratory for processing must ensure they are using Federal Express as the shipping source. Test kits with the provided labels CANNOT be put in U.S. Postal Service mailboxes.
They must be put in official Federal Express drop boxes not staffed locations. To find a drop box, go to www.fedex.com > Location.
In Emporia, we have been told that FedEx OnSite at Walgreens will not accept these packages. The three drop boxes in Emporia are:

- Max’s BP gas station, 202 E. Sixth Avenue
- Flying J Travel Plaza, 4215 West U.S. Highway 50
