The Emporia State Marching Hornets will begin rehearsals on Monday, August 17, and all members of the ESMH will receive a $500 scholarship for participation! If you are interested or if you would like more information, please contact Dr. William Woodworth, ESU Director of Athletic Bands (wwoodwor@emporia.edu).
In order to receive the scholarship, you must be enrolled in MU245 or MU645 and you must maintain good standings in our organization throughout the entire semester.
Important Upcoming Dates:
-University Equipment Checkout for individuals registered for MU245 or MU645 will begin on Sunday, August 16th at 12:20pm. Registered members, please check your canvas announcements for more information.
-ESU Drumline Auditions will be Sunday, August 16th from Noon to 3pm in the Beach Hall Band Room - BH134.
-The normal class times for the ESMH will be M/W/F 3pm to 5pm, and we will work with minor course conflicts. .
