Students: do you want to eat healthier but you're not sure where to start? Do your cooking skills start at the freezer and end at the microwave? You need C.H.E.W., a hands-on cooking class led by Registered Dietician Emily Prouse. In class we'll cook a meal from scratch while also learning about eating well with little time and a limited budget. We'll eat a meal together after class and you'll take another meal home with you! The menu for this class is: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup (we're even making the noodles!) and Mandarin Salad, plus baked Granola bars that can serve as a dessert, breakfast or a snack on the go.
